CARNIVAL Agency founded in 1998 by Larisa Lachkova (director). It is situated in the south of Russia in Krasnodar, which is part of Kuban region (Kuban is the name of the biggest river in the south). Krasnodar is a big city, which is growing day by day. We are the oldest educational agency in Krasnodar Region. Carnival has two destinations in business; they are tourism and education abroad. We offer all types of educational programmes: language programmers, summer schools, secondary and high school programmers, vocational diploma and degree programmers and internships, university preparation programmers such as Foundation A-levels, pre-masters, pre-MBA, university placement service, boarding schools. We work with schools in Great Britain, Ireland, USA, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand and Malta. We are working with all major educational providers in these countries. We are promoting our agency in internet, newspapers, magazines, television, special education exhibitions, we make theme seminars in schools, colleges, universities with our international partners and we are making international Education Fairs in Krasnodar and other cities of our region.

International Educational Centre OPTIMA STUDY Ltd. (Samara, Russia) has been created in 2007 by a team of professionals over 10 years in educational consultancy.
